200HR TRAINING
"I completed Chie's 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019. An amazing experience, great teaching and guidance through all aspects of yoga, including an in depth instruction on anatomy by Fiona, an essential for any one wishing teach yoga. I came away with an increased understanding of yoga and an even greater love of it. Chie is a wonderful caring and knowledgeable teacher and I would recommend her. "

"Chie's TT course was the perfect springboard to my teaching career and elevated me from a regularly practising yogi to a confident teacher. It equipped me with the skills required for class planning, asana modifications to suit the individual and anatomy, and enriched my Sanskrit vocabulary tenfold. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering it."
- JENNY CHAPMAN
"The YTT200 course was not only fantastic, offering just the right balance of physical, philosophical & business training, it was also perfect for my schedule. Weekend sessions allowed me to keep working and train at the same time. I really benefitted from taking the course over 12 months as it gave everything I learned a chance to really sink in and prepare me thoroughly for a career as Yoga Teacher."
