DEVELOP YOUR YOGA PRACTICE

Class Size restricted to 16 people maximum

This course explores and continues your yoga practice at a gentle pace. There will be lots of guidance and explanation of the methods and terms, time for questions and a respect for individual needs.


You will learn more yoga poses, consolidate the foundational poses, breathing techniques, meditation and many of the underlying principles of the practice which will allow you to continue to grow, learn and take care of your body and mind.


This is a great class for the yogi with some yoga experience but also for those returning to yoga after a long break.

We ask all new clients to complete a new client form which will sent to you prior to your arrival.

​

Please bring your own mat.
