KIDS & FAMILY YOGA

EVENT
KIDS HOLIDAY YOGA - MIXED
Friday 18 April
Kids Reception - Year 6
9.30-11.30am
£10.00
with Rosemary Lewis

A magical school holiday activity event at Santosha Studio of
Yoga, Craft, Games and Fun.
Based around stories and engaging the children’s creativity, kids’ yoga combines yoga movement, craft, games, relaxation and breathing techniques.
Sometimes we may not realise how stressful our children's lives can be. Yoga has many benefits on offer to equip and empower children to respond to this in a healthy way. It also helps to develop body awareness, to build concentration and focus, increase their confidence and positive self-image, and to calm the mind.
This course is run by Rosemary Lewis who has been a Primary school teacher for over 30 years in a variety of settings mainly focusing on early years. She qualified as a yoga teacher with Chie Sibbring and Rainbow Kids Yoga.
You can either wait for your children in our waiting area while drinking tea or drop them off.
Bring water, a little snack and wear comfortable clothes e.g. track suits or leggings.
Props and craft resources will be provided.

Minimum 6 Children to run.
Maximum 12 children

Please complete this form and bring it with you arrive at the studio
