Pregnancy is a unique and wondrous time in life. Yoga can be a great way to prepare for child birth. Yoga can help expectant mums get through their pregnancy with minimal discomfort. It also helps the birth and post-delivery stages. In this class you will learn gentle stretching, safe breathing exercises and deep relaxation. Open to all from the 13th week of pregnancy - please check with your doctor or midwife before commencing Yoga practice. Remember that you are entitled to time off work to attend a prenatal Yoga class. If you are more than 36 weeks pregnant then you can "drop in" to the class.

Cancellation Policy
All classes, courses and events must be booked in advance and paid for online to guarantee a space. Class fees cannot be refunded. While Santosha Studio endeavours to provide 100% reliability of its lessons. Where this is due to the teachers ill-health or personal circumstances every effort will be made to find a replacement teacher. If this is not possible, an extra session will be made up at the end of term, or if this is not possible, a refund will be provided.
