We are very excited to announce that we are bringing back Yin Yoga into the Studio as part of our Weekend Event series courtesy of teacher Meg Chatterton.
Yin Yoga, as a practice for deep inner peace and relaxation invites us to reconnect in a gentle and compassionate way with our body, mind and soul. By holding poses for a longer period it increases our ability to be in the present moment and slowly brings us closer to our authentic self.
Yin Yoga invites us to meet our inner resistance and shows us how to find a place of comfort in a not-so-comfortable place as well as noticing our thoughts and reactions from a perspective of calmness.
